Built for the minutes patients feel most.

We all hate waiting, especially when we have no idea how long it’s going to take. That’s why we created SaffQ. We wanted to make waiting a little easier and less frustrating. It helps patients know where they are in the queue, while giving staff an easy way to manage it without adding another app to the visit.

We started by looking at what really happens at clinic front desks: sign-in sheets, patients asking “how much longer?” and people staying close to reception because they don’t want to miss their turn. We saw that most queue systems were designed mainly for clinic staff, while patients were left with very little information. So we decided to build SaffQ differently. It’s straightforward from the start. Patients just scan a QR code to join the queue. There’s no app to download and no complicated steps.

We also want SaffQ to grow based on what clinics actually need. Every feature, from managing multiple branches to the waiting-room display, comes from real needs we’ve seen at front desks. We’re not adding features just to make the product look bigger.
